These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PosterGen.ai ("PosterGen", "we", "us") at https://postergen.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

PosterGen helps you create promotional posters from product photos and marketing copy using AI. Features, output formats, and monthly poster allowances depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Business) and any poster packs you purchase.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Plans, billing, and refunds

• Paid subscriptions and poster packs are billed through Creem. Prices are shown at checkout in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Monthly poster allowances reset each billing cycle. Poster packs and welcome bonuses do not expire as described on the pricing page.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period or poster pack purchase has started.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, logos, and copy you upload. You grant PosterGen a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — including sending it to AI providers to generate posters.

You represent that you have the rights to upload and use all content you submit, and that generated posters comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Upload material you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Circumvent plan limits or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

AI-generated output

Posters are generated by AI and may contain errors, unexpected results, or elements that require your review before publishing. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, legibility, branding, and compliance before sharing or printing posters.

We do not guarantee that AI output will be unique, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Intellectual property

PosterGen, its software, branding, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our platform or trademarks.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTERGEN AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
